Refund & Cancellation Policy

We will refund if the event is canceled for any reason from our end, including unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. If the event proceeds as planned, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made. Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing tickets or committing to the event. We appreciate your understanding

Event Entry Requirements
To enter an event, you must present a valid ticket. All tickets will be verified via QR code or barcode scanning at the entrance. Failure to present a valid ticket may result in denied entry without a refund.

Postponements or Cancellations by Organizers
In rare cases where an event is canceled or postponed by the event organizer, any updates regarding rescheduling or alternative options will be communicated through our official channels. However, Japan Events does not guarantee any refunds in such instances.
