Join us for the 16th Annual Bicycle Ride in Tokyo event this April! Ride through the ever-changing landscapes of Tokyo and take in the scenery of urban sophistication. The 30 km course starts and ends at Hibiya Park and takes you through historical towns such as Ningyocho and Sumida River. Other notable landmarks include the National Diet Building, Ginza, Tsukiji, Harumi-oohashi, Fujimi-bashi, Toyosu, Echujima, Eitai-bashi, Tokyo Station, and the Imperial Palace Cycling Route.

Don't forget, half of your entry fees are donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, where you can help a child with life-threatening illnesses and make their wish come true.

Wave 1 (8:30 AM) - Adult ¥6,000
Wave 1 (8:30 AM) - Child (Middle School and under) ¥1,000
Wave 2 (9:00 AM) - Adult ¥6,000
Wave 2 (9:00 AM) - Child (Middle School and under) ¥1,000
Wave 3 (9:30 AM) - Adult ¥6,000
Wave 3 (9:30 AM) - Child (Middle School and under) ¥1,000

・There will be a 10% service fee added to the total cost.

Bicycle Rules
・Bicycles must have front brakes
・Recumbent bicycle​s, handcycles, and electric bicycles are permitted
・Helmet and gloves are recommended

Rental Bicycles
・There will be bicycles to rent on race day
・There will only be limited number of bicycles, so sign up early!
・Bicycles will be available after you pay for registration
・2,000 yen per bicycle
・You can register up to 5 bicycles at a time
・There will not be any childrens' bicycles
・There will be no refunds after you register
・You will receive an email in April with your registration number

Start Line
・You can choose between 3 waves, but they are first come first serve. Make sure you register early!
・10-15 participants will start at a time in 1 minute intervals
・For groups who want to start together, email Samurai Sports at

・For those who want to use a child seat, the biker must be 16 years or older and the child must be under 6 years old
・The insurance will only cover the biker, not the child in the child seat
・You can purchase additional insurance for your child for 1,000 yen

・Half of the entry fee will be donated to MAWJ (Make a Wish of Japan)
・Registration fees include bodily insurance for race participants but do not extend to property damage or collisions with nonparticipants
・Race information will be mailed a week before the race.
